Are children allowed?
Absolutely! Although we are all kids at heart, we welcome children of all ages. We ask that our quiet hours, after 9:00 p.m., are observed.
Are pets allowed?
We now have 8 pet-friendly homes! In all other houses, there is a strict no-pet policy.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am.
Can I check in before 4 pm?
Due to this being high-volume rentals and the care we take between each guest, we ask that you do not show up on the property before 4 pm.
Is there a nightly minimum?
We currently accept 1-night rentals, including on the weekends!
Are any of the dwellings wheelchair accessible?
The Perch and Silverthorn Apothecary in Mystic Village are both wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and a ramp for entry.
Is there heat and A/C?
Yes, each house has both heat and A/C.
Can I get married on the property?
Yes, we do offer custom wedding packages. Please visit our Weddings & Events page for more details.
Do you have places for my wedding guests to stay?
Yes! We also have sleeping accommodations for up to 80 people.
Are you open year-round?
Yes we are!
Do the dwellings have a bathroom?
Yes, each is fully plumbed with a 3-piece bathroom (toilet, sink and shower with hot water!). Some houses also have a half bath.
Does the Sanctuary sway in the wind?
Yes, the dwelling does sway when the wind is blowing hard! But don’t worry — it was built and engineered to sway.
Can I rent any of the dwellings for an afternoon?
Afternoon rentals are not available; the minimum stay is 1 night.
Can I bring extra people?
We ask that you do not bring extra people unless you have spoken with us prior to your booking.
Can a party/event be hosted on the property?
Yes, please contact us and we can get you set up with an event package.
What is the cancellation policy?
We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance that covers last-minute cancellations of lodging and transportation. Generali, Travel Guard, and Allianz are all affordable options.
Is smoking allowed?
There is no smoking of any kind allowed in our dwellings. Any violators will be subject to a $300 cleaning fee and asked to leave the property.
Is WiFi available?
Yes.
How close are the dwellings to each other?
All of our homes are within walking distance of each other, which allows groups to interact, but they are located to allow for privacy.
Can I buy a gift certificate?
Yes, you can! Please visit the Gift Certificate tab to purchase and send it automatically to the recipient.
